This pack is how people actually start.

A casual class is $40. Eight of those is $320. The intro pack is $99, at the same studio, on the same reformers, with the same teachers who have built a 5.0 Google rating.

You get four weeks to learn the machine, find your favourite class times, and feel what a stronger core does to your day. No membership. Nothing auto charging after.

Only applicable for new clients. Terms and Conditions apply.

What eight classes buy you

Not a trial class. A proper start, so your body has time to catch on.

A core you can feel

Reformer work lights up muscles a gym session skips. Most people notice posture and midsection by week two.

Classes you look forward to

Small groups. Music. Teachers who know your name by class three. This is the workout people keep, not the one they quit.

Proof before you commit

Four weeks is long enough to know. If you love it, stay. If you don’t, it simply ends. That is the whole deal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the answers to the questions we get asked most

  • I am very unfit - do I need to get fit before starting Pilates?

No, and this is exactly who beginner reformer is built for. Plenty of people who avoided exercise for years start right here and handle it fine, because your instructor sets the springs to your level.

You do NOT need to be fit first. You get fit by doing it.

  • I've never done Pilates before - will I be able to keep up?

Yes. Every beginner class is full of total first-timers, so there is nothing to keep up with.

You move at the pace your body is ready for.

  • I'm not flexible at all - can I still do reformer Pilates?

Yes. Needing to be flexible first is a myth.

Reformer builds your flexibility over time, so you start exactly where you are today.

  • The reformer machine looks scary - is it hard to use?

It looks trickier than it is. Your instructor will show you exactly what to do and most nervous first-timers say the same thing after - "It's not that scary!"

By your second class it feels normal.

  • Will I be the worst one in the room?

No. Everyone in the room starts as a beginner, and most people are focused on themselves.

Getting corrections from your instructor is normal, not a sign you are behind. Even people who have done 1,000 classes still get help with their form.

  • Will the instructor actually help me, or just leave me to it?

Helping you is our job. We'll set you up, talk you through each move, and fix your form so you get it right and stay safe.

That's why we keep our classes small - so we can give you lots of personal attention and guidance where you need it.
