Reformer - Fundamentals

This class is thoughtfully designed for total beginners, focusing on establishing a strong foundation for your Pilates practice through precise form, mindful breathing, and controlled movements.

Reformer - Align

Difficulty: Beginner - Intermediate

Duration: 50 minutes

This class emphasizes alignment and posture. Our knowledgeable instructors will guide you through exercises designed to improve body mechanics, enhance posture, and promote balanced muscle development. This class focuses on refining your technique, increasing body awareness, and building a foundation in Pilates, helping you achieve optimal alignment and overall well-being.

Reformer - Balance

Difficulty: Intermediate - Advanced

Duration: 50 minutes

The Reformer - Balance class is focusing on balancing each side of the body through unilateral movements. Our skilled instructors will guide you through challenging exercises designed to enhance stability, coordination, and muscular symmetry. This class aims to refine your technique, increase body awareness, and promote balanced strength and flexibility.

Semi-Private Classes (5 on 1)

Tower

Difficulty: Intermediate - Advanced

Duration: 50 minutes

Language: English, Mandarin.

The Tower combines spring-loaded bars, straps, and pulleys to deliver a dynamic, full-body workout. You’ll move through unique patterns that build strength, enhance flexibility, and improve coordination — while enjoying deeper stretches, greater core engagement, and exercises not possible on a standard Reformer.

Our Tower classes integrate the best of the Reformer, Cadillac, and Mat, creating a highly versatile and intelligent workout experience. With a maximum of 5 students per class, you’ll receive personalised attention and expert guidance, ensuring safe progression and technique refinement.

Reformer

Difficulty: Open

Duration: 50 minutes

Language: English, Mandarin.

Experience personalized attention in our Semi Private - Reformer class, featuring a maximum of just 5 students per session. Open to individuals of all levels, this class provides a comprehensive Reformer Pilates experience, meticulously tailored to address your specific needs and goals. 

You will benefit from more focused guidance as you refine your technique, enhance your strength, and deepen your overall practice in a supportive and encouraging environment, while building confidence on the Reformer and improving your control and stability.

Dive into a fully personalised pilates journey with our one-on-one or one-on-two sessions. Utilise a variety of equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel.
