Safety
Participating in physical exercise, whether with or without equipment such as blocks, straps, or other props suggested by a Zen Pilates Australia instructor, is inherently demanding and involves significant physical exertion. We strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, using suggested equipment, or engaging in activities shown in videos on our website.
Zen Pilates Australia is not a medical organisation; therefore, our instructors and staff are not qualified to provide medical advice or diagnoses. All suggestions and instructions related to equipment use, poses, and movements are optional and should be performed at your own discretion during Zen Pilates Australia classes. Nothing provided on our website should be interpreted as medical advice or diagnosis.
By using our website or participating in classes, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves intense physical movement and carries inherent risks, including the potential for physical and mental injury. You are solely responsible for assessing your physical and mental capabilities for such activities. It is your duty to select the appropriate class level based on your skills, abilities, and any physical or mental conditions you may have. Instructors may occasionally suggest physical adjustments or the use of equipment; it is your responsibility to determine if these suggestions are appropriate for your situation.
By participating in Zen Pilates Australia classes or using our facilities, you expressly waive and release any claims for injuries of any kind against Zen Pilates Australia, including its directors, instructors, independent contractors, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives.
