Here are the answers to the questions we get asked most about our class policy.

  • What happens if I show up late?

    We have a strict 5-minute late buffer for all our classes, so we won’t be able to admit anyone who arrives after this time for the safety of the other students. For new students, please arrive 5-10 minutes early so that you have time to be greeted by your instructor. For our regulars, please arrive 5 minutes early so that you have sufficient time to check in and set up. Thanks for your understanding!


    Same policy applies to private sessions.

  • What is the cancellation and no-show policy?

    We have a strict 12-hour cancellation policy for classes. Please make sure to cancel at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. If you cancel within a 12-hour window, classes purchased via:

    1. Memberships - there will be a $20 late fee
    2. Class packs or casual sessions - the class will be forfeited
    3. No-shows are treated the same way as late cancellations.

    For private sessions (1:1 or 2:1), the late cancellation window is 12 hours. If you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be forfeited.


    For all classes and privates, you must cancel through the booking system. We do not accept cancellations via other methods.

  • How do I book Private Sessions (1:1 or 2:1)?

    Our Private 1-on-1 Sessions are crafted to deliver personalized, engaging workouts tailored just for you and your goals.

  • What happens if there are timetable changes?

    Sometimes, emergencies or illness happen for our team. We will always strive to provide the advertised class on the timetable where possible by having a teacher cover. Every effort will be made to notify clients if there is a class cancellation or style change by SMS or email in as timely a manner as possible. We will not be able to notify clients in the event of a teacher change if the class is of the same style as advertised on the schedule. For changes to our permanent schedule, please keep an eye on our timetable, social media, in-app messages or chat to our team.

Memberships & Class Packs

Here are the answers to the questions we get asked most about our memberships and class packs.

  • I just bought a class pack. How long is it valid for?

    Great question! Here’s the scoop on our packs:

    1. 3 for $50 Group Class Intro Pack: 2 weeks from date of purchase
    2. 3 for $75 Semi-Private Intro Pack: 2 weeks from date of purchase
    3. 5 for $500 Intro Pack - Private Sessions: 5 weeks from date of purchase
    4. 5-Class Pack: 3 months from date of purchase
    5. 10-Class Pack: 6 months from date of purchase
    6. Single Session: 7 days from date of purchase
  • Can I share a pack with a friend or can I transfer it across to someone?

    Unfortunately, packs can’t be transferred or shared with another person.


    All class packs and memberships are strictly non-transferable and are to be used only by the individual named on the account. Sharing your pass or allowing another person to attend in your place is a breach of our Terms and Conditions.


    If a breach is identified, we reserve the right to charge the casual rate of each session attended by the unauthorised user. This adjustment will be applied to the account of the original pass holder.


    Continued breaches may result in suspension or termination of your membership or class pack access.

  • How long are your memberships?

    Our membership requires a minimum commitment of 8 weeks. During this time, your membership cannot be cancelled. After the initial 8 weeks, your membership will automatically renew. 


    If you need to cancel your membership after that, just reach out to us at info@zenpilates.com.au and give us at least 7 day’s notice before your next billing cycle. Any payments made during that notice period are non-refundable.


    If at any time you need to put a hold on your membership, please reach out to us at info@zenpilates.com.au with at least 7 day’s notice. You can suspend your membership for a maximum of 8 weeks per contract term.

  • Membership Price Changes

    Please note that membership prices may change over time. If there’s an increase, we’ll let you know in writing at least 4 weeks before it happens. If you decide you need to cancel your membership, just email us at

  • As a member, how do I get a discount on Tower classes?

    Great question! If you hold an active membership with us, you're already in! 


    Your exclusive member perk gives you 40% off all Focus (Tower) class options — whether you're booking a single session, a 5-pack, or a 10-pack.


    Just make sure you're logged into your account, and the discount will automatically apply at checkout. Voila!

Our Studio

  • How do I get to Zen Pilates?

    Check out our vid if you can’t find us!


    Otherwise, we’re just a quick 4-minute walk from Mascot Station. Here’s how to find us if you’re coming from Mascot Central:

    1. Walk through Mascot Central past Woolworths and La Bufala, 
    2. Continue onto Jackson Drive (past Machi Machi and the line of trees).
    3. At the end of the road, turn left onto Kent Road and you’ll see us!
  • Is there parking available?

    There is street parking available nearby, and also car parks available e.g. Unity building, Mascot Central Retail Car Park

  • What should I wear to class?

    Come dressed in comfortable workout clothes that let you move freely. We highly recommend grip socks for safety and better movement—don't worry if you forget yours, we have some available for purchase right here at the studio. We’re excited to see you!

  • What should I bring to class?

    Please bring a towel and your water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session!
